 Britton Machine and Welding is a division of Lewis Tool & Die that holds maintenance contracts with various businesses in and around Guelph.

The scope of work that we perform includes:

  • Welding and machining worn shafts
  • Rebuilding pumps and gearboxes
  • Sleeving worn housings
  • Manufacturing rolls up to 10" dia. X 16' long/16" dia. X 14' long
  • Manufacturing shafts, broaching bores
  • Welding (CWB Certified)
  • On site maintenance services

We also carry a large inventory of raw materials including:

  • Structural steel (round, square, rectangular)
  • Ground SPS
  • CRS, HRS
  • Stainless steel (304/316)
  • Large supply of tool steel of all grades
